The single biggest question I am asked by people is 'What should I eat?'
Everyone is different, but my answer is always the same : You are training hard, burning plenty of calories. Eat Well. Eat Plenty, avoid drink and keep what you eat natural and healthy, if it's processed or beige leave it out.
Of course there is a science to effective nutrition, but your body needs plenty of of everything to sustain you in the face of the demands placed on it.
I Love that triathlon gives me the capacity to eat with (healthy) impunity, pile it high and enjoy !!
Oh! and Tea, I bloody love a big mug of tea.
